Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn is an American actor from the United States. Her most well-known role was Skyler in AMC's Breaking Bad drama, and was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award Outstanding Supporting Female Actress in Drama Series 2013 and 2014. She was Jean Ward and Martha Bullock as well in The Practice. Anna Gunn grew up in Sante Fe New Mexico and fell in adore with acting while attending the Preparatory School. In the late 1970s, the family moved to Ohio. She attended theatre classes through Northwestern University and spent a year at the British American Drama Academy. Anna had a brief stint in Chicago the theatre before moving to TV and film roles. In 1992, Anna was offered her first big part as Arden in the series of 29 episodes Down the Shore. After guest appearances as a Actor in a variety of TV Shows and Films, including Seinfeld and NYPD Blue in the 1990's and was later cast as Jean Ward as part of The Practice. Martha Bullock played two full seasons on Deadwood that was shot during the middle 2000's. In 2008 she was cast in the role of Skyler as Skyler in Breaking Bad. Sully as well as Deadwood was another film she appeared in. Gunn was also in the David Schwimmer directed the film Sex With Strangers. She also appeared in the audio drama podcast series of four parts called Numbered Days, which was released in 2022. Breaking Bad often revolves around Walter White and Skyler's relationship. The strains and eventual ending mirrors the last decades of Walter White.
